4. Cookies
We use cookies in some sections of our website. Such file elements allow for the identification of your computer as a technical unit during your visit on this website to make it easier for you to use our offer, including in case of repeated visits.

As a rule, however, you have the possibility to set your web browser in such a way that you will be informed of the use of cookies, allowing you to accept or exclude or to erase already existing cookies.
Please use the help feature of your web browser to find out how you can change these settings. Please note, however, that certain functions of our website may not work if you have disabled the use of cookies. Cookies do not allow for a server to read private data from your computer or the files placed by another server. They do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses.

We use cookies based on Art. 6(1) point (f) GDPR: processing is carried out to improve the functioning of our website. It is thus necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests.

5. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The use is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, i.e. text files retained on your computer, which allow for an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website, including
• the browser type/version,
• the operating system used
• the referrer URL (previously visited web page),
• the host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
• the time of the server query,
will usually be transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be amalgamated with any other data from Google. We have also extended Google Analytics with the code “anonymizeIP” on this website. This guarantees that your IP address will be masked, so that all data will be collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the provider of this website, Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activity and to provide further services which are connected to the use of this website and of the Internet for its operator. By changing your browser settings accordingly, you can prevent cookies from being retained; please note, however, that you may not have full access to all website functions in this case.
In addition, you may prevent the data created by the cookie and relating to website usage on your part (including your IP address) from being gathered and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the link below: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en-GB. As an alternative to this browser add-on, especially with browsers on mobile end devices, you can also prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie is placed which prevents the future gathering of your data when visiting this website.

The opt-out cookie only applies to this browser and only to our website and will be placed on your device. If you erase the cookies in this browser, you have to place the opt-out cookie again. [Note: for information on how to integrate the opt-out cookie, please see: https://developers.google.com/analytics/

.

We will continue using Google Analytics to analyse data from double-click cookies and AdWords for statistical purposes. In case you do not agree with that, you can disable this via the ad specifications manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en).
